Cinema Rendezvous presents screening and interactions, a platform for discussing latest movies, artist experience, directions and much more. It is focused on bringing industrial experts to interact with the audience and share their experiences.
BKMA (Bala Kailasam Memorial Award) is instituted by the Cinema Rendezvous Trust to celebrate the spirit and vision of Mr. Bala Kailasam, a television professional, and an activist documentary filmmaker who urged the use of the media for the betterment of the society.
Bala Kailasam Memorial Award (BKMA) is awarded to an individual or organisation that makes use of one of the following mediums to create a social change in the following categories — Social Media, Television, Print Media, Radio or Documentary. The work done by the awardees should have impacted India in a tangible manner and brought about betterment in the society/ a state / the country.
Cinema Rendezvous conducted various workshops like Acting nuanced which was a two day extensive acting workshop focused on fine tuning various aspects of acting in different media, Workshop on Film Appreciation & Reviewing by bringing movie directors and cinema rendezvous panellist to share their views and experiences of making films, Workshop on Screenwriting for upcoming screenwriters and professional writers to get insight from industrial experts like our director Mr Naga and many more workshops like Actor’s Euphoria and Mobile Movie Making workshops.
